Now that I'm settling back into the working life and becoming less exhausted after work, I have the time to focus on my blog a bit more!
For the longest time I couldn't figure out online shopping in Dubai. Post/zip codes aren't really a thing here- even though they do exist in Dubai. It doesn't even go by street name. You basically have to name the apartment or location you live, plus any landmarks around you.
So after I got over that confusion (thank God, because I prefer online shopping over going to the mall any day), I found a cute shop with affordable clothing and did a bit of online shopping after a long time (and it felt good).
I was on the look out for versatile pieces - one being this blue and white striped shirt dress.
This was my first experience shopping at SheIn. I love their style of clothing. It's cute, trendy and affordable, and their website has new clothing in daily.
Downfalls: The clothing is low quality (but it's also low cost so the low quality is expected); their shipping time is quite long - it took about 2.5 weeks to receive my order. They also didn't send one of my ordered items, and after messaging them on all social media networks, plus emailing them, and then using their online chat function, I found out that the dress was sold out and needed to ask them for a refund- wish I could have been sent an email about this.
Would I shop here again? Yes, I would - but would only order 1-2 pieces that I'd wear a few times and are fads.
More to come!
