Mixing It Up: A Grey Lehenga Skirt And A Burnt Orange Crop Top

Hey guys! So I know that I have been so lame with my posting! It's been a while since my last blog post, and an even longer time since my last outfit post.

The reason? It's been hectic! I've started managing luxury wedding blog Think Shaadi, as well as the social media for a Dubai based marriage proposal company. Along with traveling and trying to have some what of a social life, my blog has unfortunately fallen to the bottom of the list. The intention to post is always there, but the time to post isn't!

Anyways, I've decided that I absolutely HAVE to make time to post on my blog, even if it's only twice a month as it's one of my favourite hobbies and really relaxes me. Plus I love connecting with you guys :).

If you've been following my blog for a while you'll know that I absolutely love mixing South Asian fashion with Western fashion. I recently wore this long grey silk skirt by designer Gina Brar in this blog post and loved the mint blouse that it originally came with. Since this skirt is a simple neutral colour, it goes with so many other things in my closet. Here I wear it with a MissGuided burnt orange off-shoulder crop top, a DKNY denim jacket, and flats.

When it comes to accessories I prefer them to be minimal. Here I just keep my usual Om necklace on, two gold bangles, hoop earrings, and my watch.

I have, however, been posting on my instagram regularly. So if you don't already - give me a follow @ScarletBindi. Over the next month I'm traveling to the USA, Canada (my home!), and the UK- so don't miss out on my real time updates :).
