Dress Me Pretty: A Long Indian Inspired Gown

Sorry for the radio silence on my part over the last month! My brother just got married in Chandigarh, Punjab and I was busy preparing for that. The next posts will be of a few of my outfits from the various wedding festivities, and a review on the vendors used.

The first outfit I wanted to share with you is what I wore for the engagement ceremony. I wanted to wear something elegant and classy that wasn't too over the top, and this anarkali dress was perfect. Designer Pooja Khokha Arora made this gorgeous outfit a reality for me in a beautiful navy blue colour.

This also came with a pair of churidaar style trousers, and I wore it with nude heels and some gold jewellery that had been gifted to me from my own wedding a few years ago.

I loved wearing this outfit! It was different from what the other guests were wearing and was perfect for the evening event. I can't wait to pull it out again for another event.
