We celebrated my husband's birthday party this past weekend which means we got to dress up! For this party I wanted to by classy yet sexy so did a little online search and found this lace dress from ASOS. Below are pics of what I wore.
As many of you may have seen, Dita Von Teese was recently in India appearing at quite a few events in gorgeous saris designed by Shivan and Narresh. Using her favourtie elements - the corset and the colour black, the design duo were able to create 3 saris which the burlesque beauty wore to different red carpet events. I have to say, she looks beautiful in the sari and it flatters her body immensely - can't believe she only has a 22 inch waist! And the great thing about this? You'll be able to purchase your own Dita collection sari from the Shivan and Narresh stores in Mumbai from November 23.
Baby it's cold outside...so why not brighten it up some pink and leopard print! Love my pink skinnies and leopard print top (quick inexpensive buys). I didn't leave the house like this though; pair it with a camel coloured cardigan and ready to go!

Hey guys! I recently met with fellow South Asian fashion blogger Snigdha who runs a great fashion blog called Indian Beautie. Such a beautiful girl and so sweet! We got talking and it came up that I don't post many (or really any) 'Outfit of the Day' type pictures- primarily because I'm a bit camera shy when it comes to these types of pictures. So after thinking about it, I've decided that this has to change! It may not be all the time, but I promise to start sharing more often! To get this started I thought I'd give you a peek into my life. (Thank you Snigdha for the inspiration!)
Below are some of my instagram pictures; things that inspire me, colours and designs that I love, and what I'm currently wearing.
A wedding card that arrived a few weeks ago, love the simplicity of this design - very elegant.
I'm originally from a very small town in Canada. This picture is from my parent's home - love and relaxation.
My fall nail colour, a dark burgundy.
A salwar kameez I recently wore, I love peacocks and the colour combination of blue and red.
At Dishoom restaurant in central London. Kulfis are my favourite!
If you haven't yet heard of her, this half-Australian half-Pakistani model has been causing quite a stir the last few years. Absolutely stunning Shanina Shaik was once a contestant on Australia's version of 'Make Me A Supermodel' and has since been seen walking the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show runway.
Not just looks but brains as well, Shanina took an accelerated program during highschool and graduated one year before her fellow classmates. After highschool she decided to pursue modelling and is now a top model! She's gorgeous, isn't she!
